Basil's Farewell

Origional Caption: [I fear that this is the last picture of Basil I shall draw while he lives. I speak as if he's already dead, for I know it's comming soon. And I will never see him again come tomorrow (family vacation, Basil will pass away at a friend's house, while we are gone). What shall I do without my little fish.

4/12/06 Edit: Basil has recovered! He is old, I fear, but recovered from his seemingly fatal illness. Today, he swims about his bowl with an appetite as small (but as normal) as ever before. Hurah for Basil! Ans anothe Hurrah for :iconwinged-sonar: who assisted greatly in is recovery (had it not been for her, I fear that Basil would not be with us at this time)
